imposter

My new shoes have finally arrived! Very similar to the Brenda V platform, which I've been lusting over for quite some time, but my patience paid off and I found these on Ebay for a fraction of the price!

Also really wanting to know how to get my hands on these Jeffrey Campbell boots?  They look just like the red Chloe doc boots circa 2007 (now selling on Ebay for $600!), which I have been wanting for years, but they were and will always be out of my budget.

I know they are currently selling the JC's at LF Stores, but unfortunately we don't have one in AZ and I don't think you can purchase them online. I have read that Urban Outfitters will be selling them, but not until Fall! Maybe I should be patient- worked for me last time...

legs o' leather

Really loving leather right now... not too sure if I can pull it off in pant form, but it looks great on these ladies.

Speaking of leather, I finally got the Sam Edelman "Zoyla" booties. I'm a little behind the times, but my patience paid for once because I got them at Marshalls for $129.99! They're still selling online for over $200.

Best part- these are actually a gift from my mama for my birthday:)

sweet balls- i love birthdays.

I always love coming across new designers/boutiques while browsing other blogs... it's too bad I don't live near one of their locations, otherwise I would be popping in asap!

open up shop

Cynthia Rowley is at it again... last weekend she officially opened up an adorable shop in Montauk, NY.

Excuse me while I get sentimental for a moment:

I remember visiting Montauk every summer as a child with my grandparents. They lived about an hour away in South Hampton.
When I was younger, I used to get car sick all the time and I vividly remember this particular trip was always difficult for me. However, once we would arrive, it was worth the pain and misery I had suffered the whole way there.
I loooved Montauk- I remember walking through the fish market and eating ice cream. So good.

Anywho - I jumped on the oppurtunity to blog about this store opening because it's brought back so many lovely memories.

If you plan on visiting Montauk this summer, I highly recommend you stop by the shop and let me know what you think.
I certainly wish I could.

wheelin' & dealin'

Cynthia Rowley "Shop on Wheels" - How rad is that.

I'm not one to typically frequent the mall, but I happened to stumble upon this little dream shop before hittin' up a local film festival last week at Fashion Square Mall.

I loved everything!! Ecspecially the eyewear and accessories.

Anywho, I was super stoked on this idea, so I thought I'd share it with you - here's the scoop.

Cynthia Rowley's Shop on Wheels is a shipping truck converted into a sleek store, with hardwood floors, a fitting room, printed fabric wall coverings and Lucite fixtures. It carries the entire range of items in the Cynthia Rowley collection -- clothing, shoes, bags, eyewear, jewelry, legwear and more.
The Shop on Wheels cruises the contry, stopping at boutiques, private homes on appointment and surprise locations.
Shoppers can follow the mobile store on Twitter and the Cynthia Rowley blog.

ps. I was informed they would be traveling to sunny California next...

pps. Oh and my apologies for the last pic- I look terrible in these sunnies and don't do them any bit of justice, but they were AWESOME in person.
